Alex Davis started Dragon City Farms in 2020 in Dallas, Texas to bring fresh, healthy hydroponic produce to local communities. The farm’s produce can be found in local grocery stores and farmers market, and recently expanded into Dallas hotel restaurants including the Hyatt Regency.
Cass & Tandi Jesperson are a husband-and-wife duo who own and operate Bar T7 Cattle Company out of Okalaka, Montana. Bar T7 Cattle Co. raises and sells all-natural, Angus link steer and heifers to feeder buyers across the United States.
Derek Bailey is a third generation farmer and rancher that owns and operates Deep Creek Cattle Company with his family. The cow-calf, stocker, and feeder cattle operation provides beef to a diverse set of buyers in South Georgia, and runs an online direct-to-consumer store, Bailey Meats.
Todd & Grace Vranac started Harvest Farmacy in 2019 in Pollock, Texas to grow and promote the health benefits of elderberry. Using a vertically integrated model, Harvest Farmacy manages the whole supply chain, from elderberry farm production to processing to retail sales. The company currently sells its products through specialty grocers and local retailers, online, and farmers markets.

Jonas Guenther, Daniel Bernstein and Michael Udovich began cultivating microalgae in a controlled indoor environment in Brooklyn, New York in 2016. We Are The New Farmers is an urban farm with origins in an academic research project at NYU that uses production techniques that ensure the purest and cleanest spirulina product possible.
